We go on about the dough because it is the truest thing on the menu. Toppings sit on top of the base, and the base is what makes or breaks the whole thing.
Our pizza dough is hand-stretched fresh for every single order. It is mixed in the kitchen each morning, left to slow-ferment through the day, then shaped by hand once your order prints. Not pressed. Not frozen. Stretched properly, with the rim left thicker so it puffs up in the oven.
The result is a base that:
- Has a chewy interior with a crisp underside
