We opened Kebys because Birmingham deserved a kebab and pizza shop where the dough is fresh, the meat is grilled to order, and nothing comes out of a microwave.

Kebys was born from a simple belief: fresh dough, real flame and honest food beat anything pulled from a freezer. We fire the grill, slow-roast the doner on the spit, and stretch the pizza dough fresh every day.
